GENERAL TERMS OF USE

This document includes the General Terms of Use of the Fallost escape room, which is operated by eBusiness Experts Kft.

1. 2-20 players can be in the Fallost escape room at the same time.

2. Everyone uses the escape room on their responsibility. (In case of epilepsy, panic disorder, or other diseases you can ask for information via e-mail: hello@fallost.hu)

3. Persons under the age of 18 may participate in the game only with parental consent.

4. Players may pay via bank transfer, bank card, or - on the spot - in cash. For online appointment bookings, subsequent negotiations, and issuing invoices, the Service Provider manages the necessary data: name, e-mail address, and billing address.

5. The User can receive offers and exciting information after subscribing to our newsletter. If the user subsequently wishes to cancel the subscription, he/she can do so by sending an email to hello@fallost.hu.

6. Rules of different psychoactive substances

a; Persons under the influence of psychoactive substances may not start the game.

b; In an alcoholic state: if the player commits vandalism, the game will be interrupted by the game master, and after a damage assessment, the estimated value of the damage will be paid on the spot, or legal action will be taken.

 c; Under the influence of alcohol - if the room cannot be kept clean - the cleaning and disinfection fee is HUF 30,000 per room.

 d; If the vandalism or other damage was not done intentionally, the compensation will be paid based on the individual judgment of the game master.

7. Before starting the game, one person from the group must fill out and sign a Declaration that the group members understand and comply with the General Terms of Use.

8. Players who do not comply with the provisions of the General Terms of Use and the instructions of the game master will be immediately excluded, and the Service Provider will not refund the game fee. If necessary, proceedings are initiated against them.

9. It is strictly forbidden to bring stabbing, cutting, sharp, injury-causing objects or objects classified as weapons into the escape room.

10. Smoking is prohibited in the escape room.

11. In case of delay, we may charge a surcharge.

12. If the players do not show up on the booked date and have not canceled their booking, 50% of the booking fee will be charged and invoiced.
